Jesse Laseter joined joined the Formulation team at RNAissance Ag in August 2025.

Jesse earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, where he studied the foraging behavior of bumblebees and conducted genetic research on tarantulas.

Following graduation, Jesse worked with the Missouri Department of Conservation conducting wildlife surveys and leading habitat restoration efforts. 

He later joined the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, where he applied RNAi-based techniques to investigate protein functions in viral infections of Nicotiana benthamiana.
